Paper validated on post-menopausal women and didn't validate higher testosterone levels impact on SHBG binding to E. This calculation also ignores DHT for the same reason, but using DHT can produce a more accurate result, however, DHT tests are not as common in HRT.
You need to enter either serum testosterone and / or estradiol levels and serum sex-hormone binding globulin levels. It will calculate as much as possible from the values entered.
